Norton West Louisville Hospital offers hospital services, emergency care, primary care and specialty services in a community-focused environment. The hospital is located at 850 S. 28th St., on the Norton Healthcare Goodwill Opportunity Campus at the corner of 28th Street and Broadway.

This state-of-the art facility was designed as a welcoming space for healing. Based on community feedback during planning of the hospital, it features a centralized check-in area, artwork from West Louisville neighborhood artists, patient rooms with 9-foot windows, outdoor green space, a food pantry and The Gouverneur H. Nixon Jr. Community Education Center.

For children, the offices include pediatric primary care and specialists in pediatric endocrinology and pediatric oncology/hematology.
Children and adults will have access to care from providers with Wendy Novak Diabetes Institute, a part of Norton Healthcare and Norton Children’s.
The facility also includes a bistro (open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.), chapel, Dare to Care food pantry, rooftop garden and outdoor pavilion.

Free surface parking is available adjacent to the hospital, with patient drop-off and pickup at the main entrance. TARC Route 19 stops in front of the hospital on 28th Street. Route 23 stops on Broadway, around the corner from the hospital.
